Danna Reynolds, founder of The Grants Company, has raised more than $70 million for nonprofit organizations across the United States. She loves helping clients secure contributions from funders they didn't even know existed.
Previously, Danna served as Managing Director at City Arts, where she raised funds for high-profile community murals and mosaic projects. She also served as Director of Grants at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, Director of Development & Communications at the Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz and Music Program Specialist at the National Endowment for the Arts. She has participated on grant review panels for the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities, Maryland State Arts Council and Virginia Commission for the Arts.
Danna holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Tulane University and a master’s degree in arts management from American University. In 2008, she was honored for 10 years of service on the Board of Trustees of the Carlos Rosario International Career Center and Public Charter School in Washington, D.C.
When not glued to her desk, Danna enjoys live music, walking, chocolate and all things New Orleans.
